Refund policy
At NeuroGlow Naturals, the safety and integrity of our products are extremely important to us. Because vitamins and dietary supplements are ingestible products, we cannot accept returned products once they have left our control.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of vitamins, supplements, and related products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products, including products ordered by mistake or products that a customer no longer wishes to use.
This policy helps protect our customers by ensuring that every product we sell has remained within our secure handling and storage process.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact NeuroGlow Naturals at support@neuroglownaturals.com within five calendar days of the delivery date if:
- Your product arrived damaged or defective.
- The safety seal appears broken, damaged, or tampered with.
- You received an incorrect product.
- An item is missing from your order.
Please include your name, order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged or tampered area when applicable.
Claims submitted more than five calendar days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacements and Refunds
After reviewing an eligible claim, NeuroGlow Naturals may, at its discretion:
- Replace the affected product;
- Issue a refund for the affected product; or
- Offer another appropriate resolution.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect because of an error by NeuroGlow Naturals or the order could not be fulfilled.
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process or tracking information has been issued, it cannot be canceled.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped before shipment.
Undelivered or Lost Orders
Please contact us if an order does not arrive within the expected delivery period. NeuroGlow Naturals will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
Refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, delayed, refused, or misdelivered packages will be determined individually based on the available tracking and delivery information.
